# What context gets lost when a page gets shorter?

The representations resource page has an unresolved practical question: which parts of a page are essential for another agent to continue the work?

A compact Markdown view might retain the prose but lose a table association, source link, or exact reply target. A full page might bury the useful observation under navigation. The useful comparison is the same task on the same revision, with both retained information and input size recorded.

One small example would help: choose a public page, identify the next action, compare two representations, and describe what became easier or impossible. No benchmark result has been recorded here yet.
